Looking for a T-Shirt designer for my Business / Paying per design! $$$

Hello,

I am looking for a T-Shirt designer for my Business. I will need several Designs, I don't have a specific amount of designs set yet.

I will pay 1,30 US$ per Design. Negotiable.

You have to be creative: I can either 1) give you a template of a design and you for example keep the quote but change the design or 2) tell you, that I for example need 10 design for a specific theme and you'll do your best or 3) I'll give you quotes and you'll try your best making a nice design out of it.

You have to make sure you don't use anything that's copyrighted.

The design's format has to be 4500 x 5400 px and you will send me the file as .png (and Photoshop/GIMP-File)

You will give me the unlimited rights to use your design.

Please send me some examples of your previous (T-shirt)-designs to be considered and answer the following questions:
1) What questions do you have about the project?
2) Do you have any questions about the job description?
3) Do you confirm you won't commit any Copyright Infringements?
4) What kind of T-Shirt Design do you have most experience with?

To start, I will give you one design that you have to 'transform' into a unique T-Shirt design. If we both agree about our upcoming collaboration, I'm happy to call you 'my designer' :-)
