VA for Ecommerce Store

I am looking for someone who can help me perform tasks in my e-commerce store. Prior experience with e-commerce is a huge bonus!

Things I am looking for in a Virtual Assistant would be:

- Completes Tasks on time and quickly
- Able to work minimum of 15 hours per week
- Able to speak English fluently
- Has prior customer service and virtual assistant experience
- Works hard and follow instructions

Tasks that you would be handling:
- Replying to Emails in a professional matter with correct grammar
- Fulfilling orders from our online store
- Handling any complaints or disputes from customers
- Facebook page moderation

I am looking to work with someone long term with the opportunity to learn new skills.
