We run a growing eCommerce brand and we are looking for a top-notch customer service representative to join our team!

What we're looking for:
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Detail oriented and takes initiative
- Exceedingly disciplined
- Excellent work ethic
- Inclined to learn and improve with training

You will be responsible for:
- Handling customer emails and tickets with Zendesk
- Handling customer chat inquiries

We're looking for individuals with impressive English speaking skills, and most importantly, have a very enthusiastic and passionate personality. We're looking for an individual who likes to take initiative and has an exceptionally strong eye for details.

Requirements:
- Prior knowledge of Zendesk and Shopify (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Strong internet connection
- Desktop or Laptop
