Create products on a Wordpress woocommerce site & add shipping rates.

This is a Wordpress Woocommerce site. I need someone experienced with Wordpress & Woocommerce.
I need to create products for a Wordpress site.
It's an existing site that you just need to create products on.
The products you'll be creating will be a total of 200, or less depending.
Also, i need to add custom shipping rates in the shipping setting.
The shipping rates will be custom for all 50 states in the USA, & each state will have about 1 or more rates.
How long would it take?
