We need someone who is personable, culture-savvy and has a “get sh*t done” attitude. You must be able to thrive in an ever-changing and sometimes chaotic environment. If you’re a master of organization, have Jedi-like problem solving abilities, and can multi-task in your sleep, then keep reading.

What The Day-to-day Looks Like
• You’ll manage all the job descriptions, staffing levels and oversee the recruitment process.
• You will conduct Skype interviews and make final candidate selection.
• You will work to maintain employee personnel files.
• You will help manage the entire on-boarding and off-boarding process for all employees.
• You will conduct new employee orientation & scheduling.
• You will assist in writing policies and ensuring those policies are followed by all staff.
• You will administer the Performance Management program.
• You embody our values and will own the culture. You help plan team events, off-sites, employee milestone celebrations and surprise/impromptu activities to keep the team engaged.
• You are naturally hospitable and make every employee and potential employee feel welcomed.
• You are the “go to” person for various projects and are passionate about helping people.
• We are constantly striving to be better and we look to our staff for ideas/suggestions. You will identify areas of improvement and test new processes through to implementation.
