Video & Graphic Editor

I'm looking for someone to edit my videos and put them into a standard design format.
You will need to be able to use Camtasia so you can add heading titles and subtitles to each video.
I then want each video transcribed on ---------- and I want still shots of each video pulled out and converted into graphical images with text.
I also want the text put into blog articles and uploaded to our blog website, so experience of this would be ideal.
I would want you to complete an initial trial first to see examples of your work. I ideally want someone full time
