Need PHP Web Developer

We have a subscription based website where only premium users can access certain pages. We are trying to add a new premium page. The last agency did a horrible job and we need someone who can check the php template in the backend and do the following...

1) Find and add new code to restrict access to a new page (which we will create) based on subscription type. We couldn't find any plugins to restrict user access to the pages. The only thing we see is an option on every page saying (page type - restricted) photo attached.

The site is made on DIVI theme. The agency used DIVI theme with custom page templates. You should be able to work on that a well.
