Facebook Video Ad Production

I am looking for someone who will be able to take products that I have supplied and create a video advert for use on facebook, by sourcing a suitable video from youtube which you will customise by removing any existing branding then using banners or subtitles to convey the message.

That advert will need to work within a set format which will need to use the following format

5 seconds showing the problem (pain)
5 seconds showing the solution
10 seconds clip highlighting the main benefits
30 seconds overview of the product
call to action


I have a back log of videos so I will need approximately 30 creating in bulk, then you will get three new ads to create every day.

I am looking to pay between $10-$12 per video produced.
