Dropshipping customer service rep

I run an ecommerce drop shipping business.

I'm Looking to hire a customer service rep with minimum 2 years experience who has knowledge of the following platforms:

Reamaze (support help desk)
Shopify (ecommerce platform)
Aliexpress (supplier management)
Droppified/Oberlo (Fulfillment)


The tasks needed include:
Responding to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, FAQs.
Handling customer complaints.
Communicating with Aliexpress suppliers
Disputing Aliexpress orders.
Reporting on refunds/complaints.
Checking delivery status with suppliers
Other admin tasks

Facebook ad comment moderation
Fulfillment


Applicant needs to:
Speak fluent English both written and verbally
Be available for 2 Skype calls with me per week to give me an update.
