Ruby Expert needed for building application security portal

Great opportunity to help build a great, new application security project. I have an open source project that I need enhanced and customized to my requirements. Its written in Ruby and I would like some additional security tools added, the components\app brought up to date, and automated PDF reporting to be made more presentable. I'd like someone that can make websites more user friendly and professional. I have a full set of requirements, but this is a start. This is just the beginning of a long project. If this works out, it’s a great opportunity for long-term work in the world of security.
