My name is Ognyan Stanoev and I am the owner of Blueberg Logistics Limited. We are an established ecommerce business based in Europe and dropshipping on Amazon and Ebay USA with a soon to be launched Shopify site. We have over 3 years of experience in the field, great infrastructure, friendly team and always expanding. But for that expansion, WE NEED YOU!

So here is the deal... as I said, we are launching a Shopify store, for which we will need the following:
1. Customer service rep on a live chat. We need you to work 5 AM to 1 PM PH time. But you won't be chatting with customers all the time, so..
2. Product uploads on Shopify. While you are not chatting, the chat will be opened, but you will work on the other projects. When we start working with a supplier, they will give us products to upload. But I don't simply want them copy and pasted. I need a person who understands copywriting and can create a good description that will actually make the visitor become a buyer. So both for sales and SEO purposes, you will have to be able to re-create the descriptions, write the meta description for the SERP and also know your way around the shopify platform - csv upload, collections, variant creating etc.

Wait, sir Ognyan... where does Amazon fit into this?
Well, here you are, already have uploaded all the products, we don't have new suppliers coming and no one is writing on the live chat (because you won't be writing with 100 people a day). So what do you do?
We have an established Amazon business and we have numerous employees there. You will be searching for products on various retail sites and listing them on Amazon. You will also be listing products from scratch (if you don't know what from scratch on Amazon means, it is probably time you exit this job offer).

These are the core things you will be doing. I have so much more, but... employer-employee relationship is just like any other. You don't hand the keys to your apartment on a first date :)
I will need a person in the future that does market research. Competition and supplier researches. And other stuff. With that will come an increase in the paycheck and you will get to work closely with me and tap into my wealth of knowledge on the subject.

My God, Ognyan, you talk too much.... Well, kind of :)

So here are the requirements in a summary. Note, YOU HAVE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYTHING LISTED BELOW. If you don't, please move the mouse to your upper right corner and press the X. And please don't try to hide or lie, because that will be caught on first week:). So, here they are:
- Extensive knowledge of the Amazon platform. Listing products under other ASIN. Knowledge of terms - BSR, FBA, Seller Central, ASIN, Handling time, Shipping time etc. Listing products from scratch - keyword research for the title, writing good descriptions, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of the Shopify inventory and product upload platform. How to upload products, what is meta description, how to write a good converting descriptions.
- If you have not figured out from above - good copywriting skills are MANDATORY. You will get tested on them.
- Customer service experience. That experience might be over the phone or email, but you will need to respond to people on a live chat. So I need previous experience with that. Hence the 5AM to 1PM work requirement (for the other time I already have people set to answer). If you have experience on a live chat, this will be a bonus for you.
- Do I have to mention perfect English and outstanding internet connection? Oh, if you still haven't figured that part out from the copywriting and customer service part....
- OPTIONAL: Basic design skills will be appreciated and will give you an advantage.

Wow, this is getting too long already. SO:
- The starting salary is 300$ / month. You will get an increase by the end of the year and bonuses for exceptional job. Because it should be rewarded.
- Working is 5 days a week, 5AM - 1PM your time.
- Once I have complete trust in you and start asking you for help with what I outlined regarding market research etc, you will reach the 400$/month mark. But I have to trust you first. And if I do, who knows how high you might be able to go when I expand my stores. Who else will I turn to to become my store manager? Effectively my store CEO? Yep, that's you!

If you don't have the mandatory experience, please do not apply. THIS IS NOT A "my boss will teach me everything job". Yes, you have the 24/7 support of a team and me, but we won't be teaching you from scratch. If you can't write a sentence without a grammar mistake, please don't apply.
