Job tasks will include the following, but not limited to:

Back end customer support in:
YouTube comment moderator, Wordpress blog uodates, Zendesk support and chat, including phone calls via skype, email, live chat support.

Video downloading and uploading to Youtube and simple video seo tasks that we will train you on.

Writing skills is a must. You need to be able to write well and make sense as you will be emailing customers and also transcribing videos into readable blog posts.

**YOU MUST be able to think on your own to solve customer support issues and be QUICK on your feet***

Video transcribing and converting transcripts into readable articles will be apart of the job as well.

**Don't worry you will be trained to get you started and get you used to our online CRM systems**

We're basically looking for a talented, hard working person that would like to become a valuable member of our team. And you can do this job completely from your home if you have a high-speed Internet connection.

We're really looking for that special person that could become a 'SUPERTSTAR' on our team. Someone who would love their job and love working with our team.

Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet:

- Female.

- Must have at least a year of work experience in working for a customer service account in callcenter/s.

- Has their own computer and high-speed Internet connection.

- Speaks, Reads, and Writes GREAT English.

- Excellent Email and Phone-handling skills. Not afraid of calling customers

- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained for other skills.
