Highly successful real estate investor is seeking a Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Executive Assistant / Lead Processor (these responsibilities are for one person). For our fast moving company this role keeps the trains running on time by following checklists and procedures to move deals through our pipeline while providing outstanding communication to customers, title company, and co-workers.
The ideal person provides an extraordinary customer service experience. You are the first line of contact, so it is important that you set an amazing first impression! This requires an enthusiastic, determined, detail-oriented, systems driven person who can follow procedures independently and work on a team. You have a knack for helping people find a solution to their problem.
It is important you are connected to our core values and implement them in your daily affairs.
The ideal person also LOVES executing checklists and procedures, enjoys a fast moving day with varied tasks, likes multitasking, and is incredibly trainable. We want this position to grow with the Company.
This is a virtual position and work can be performed from anywhere.

For every 100 homes that are sold in U.S., about 5 of them do not follow the traditional “list it with a Realtor” route. The reasons for this are varied – property not inhabitable, estate property, property has not been remodeled in many years and is in poor condition, must sell fast, inherited property, tired landlord, crappy tenants, etc. The list goes on and on. These are motivated sellers with problem properties.
Believe it or not - THOUSANDS homes and sellers have these issues, and THOUSANDS homes are sold every year that are not listed by a Realtor. Our mission is simple: create value for as many of these motivated sellers as possible by buying their home and helping them move on to the next stage of their life.
We are not Realtors. We are real estate investors. We have bought, renovated, and sold homes. We’re pretty good at this business.
Today we have three lines of business:
We buy homes from motivated sellers and resell them to other investors.
We buy homes, renovate them, and resell them to retail buyers.
We buy homes for our rental portfolio. We do our own property management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform basic lead qualification to determine the reason/motivation behind why they are considering selling their house
- Set appointments for motivated leads
- Follow daily schedule ensuring all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- Understand and provide information about our products and services
- Make a minimum of 60 calls per day
- Call all hang-up calls within 24hrs
- Document all conversations in our CRM (Podio)

Qualifications for the Position

- Real estate or transaction coordination experience is not required – however it’s a bonus.
- VA must have own home office with computer and in a quiet environment, high speed internet, scanner, phone, headset, etc.
- Team player – you are an integral part of our real estate team and need to be comfortable working with different kinds of personalities
- Ability to type of 50 words – there is a lot of information that you need to record during phone conversations, or listening to voice messages so proficient typing is a must
- You enjoy being on the phone speaking with people
- Highly organized – you work inside of our CRM therefore following our Standard Operating Procedure is must
- High Speed Internet Connection – it goes without saying that you should have a fast Internet connection
- Excellent communicator and English speaker/writer
- Superior attention to detail
- Highly organized.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Speaks and writes in FLUENT English.
- This position must always be available to work Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm (1-hour break) USA Pacific time zone.
