Adwords, Google Shopping, and PPC expert 10 Hours per week

We are seeking a PPC expert part time 10 Hours per week for our eCommerce company.

We have 4 websites he across, 4 counties in the same niche with google shopping, Adwords and bing currently running. Must have good knowlege of google shopping

A reasonable level of English is required to write copy.
