Ecommerce Store Fulfillment Leader – Can you lead an ecommerce fulfillment team?

Do you have experience fulfilling orders using Dropified, AliExpress, Shopify, and POD suppliers and love making sure customer orders are completed and fulfilled on time?

You will be the Fulfillment Team Leader to oversee the entire fulfillment process. This is a stable long-term position.

To start, you will be in charge of managing 1 full time fulfillment employee, resolving any fulfillment issues we run into, keeping track of accounting verification procedures, sending CSV orders to suppliers, and overall managing our order log (which is kept on Google Sheets) to ensure every customer receives their order. These tasks are required to be completed daily. We run into fulfillment order issues every day that you will be in charge of resolving within a timely manner. From here, you will be in charge of continually improving the efficiency of each of these roles. As far as hours go, this position can be anywhere from 20-40 hours a week depending on your schedule.
