JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced bookkeeper that is familiar and with Quickbooks and that is looking for a long term, stable and secured job.

I am running a small-medium company selling online. I have been using excel for keeping our books for the last 1.5 years, and now looking to transform into quickbooks while having someone to manage it going forward.

Since the volume of transaction is not really high, (30-50) per month, we are offering this as a part time job, which will consist mainly the follwoing:

- Helping to transfer historical transactions from excel to Quickbooks.
- Reconcile different bank accounts and card statements with quickbooks.
- Record any future transactions while keeping the reference numbers and supporting documents attached (invoices and receipts).
- Ability to work with a team and be a part of a system.
- Bing proactive towards the job tasks.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bookkeeping experience.
- Deep understanding of the financial and accounting terminologies and concepts.
- Deep understanding and experience of using quickbooks software.

PAYMENT:
- We are offering a stable fixed 150$ salary per month for this partial time job - about 10-15 transactions per week).
- Additional amount will be paid for the extra work of initially transferring existing data from excel to quickbooks.
