Full-time virtual assistant

Hello. I am looking for someone who has a background in SEO and design/webdesign to join my team for a long-term position.

I have some basic requirements that you must meet to be considered for the position.
They are as follows:
• You must be from the Philippines
• You must be able to work 40 hours per week
• You must be available to chat on Skype daily and you must reply to my e-mails fast
• You must have a reliable internet connection
• You must have well written English
• You must have above average computer skills
• You must be OPEN and HONEST! I am only looking to hire someone to join my team if they are willing to be upfront with me on every level. If you don’t understand something I ask of you, I expect you to be honest with me, so we can work through any issues together, and not waste time. I am very accessible and willing to help you learn if needed.

Some other things to note:
• This is an exclusive position! – To be considered for this position, you must be able to work exclusively for me. This means no other jobs, or freelance jobs! This is important, as I am looking for a serious person to join my team!
• Probationary Period – The job will be full-time hours right away, however, there will be a 4 week probationary period. If you pass the probationary period with no issues, then we can discuss you becoming a permanent team member.
• Pay will be $300 per month with the possibillity for a bonus pay for outstanding results. During the probationary period, you will be paid once per week ($75).
• When hired, you will be considered an Independent Contractor.
• I honor the 13th month pay system in the Philippines

You must have previous experience in SEO, linkbuilding and Wordpress. If you can customize Wordpress themes, have some designer/webdesigner/programming or article writing skills, that is a plus.
