Graphic Artist / Flash Designer

We are looking for someone very creative and very skilled at creating artistic and neat images. That person needs to be also skilled in flash animations.

Responsibilities:

- Design artistic graphics from rough-sketches, pictures or written concepts.
- Create flash animations for websites
- Create animations for flash games
- Create banners and graphics for the marketing team

Essential skills:

- You need to speak and write very good English (for team communication). You will be working with French and English Canadians, but only English is required.
- Skilled at designing artistic images. We require high quality content.
- Skilled at creating flash animations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a graphic artist (or a very good portfolio)
- Have access to a high speed internet connection. This is a work from home job.

Optional but highly regarded skills:

- Experience in website design (html, css)

Your first project will be to create a website design for a popular membership website. The Style we are looking for is a mix of cartoon but still very professional and neat (vectors). This includes the conception of very artistic playing cards used for a flash game. You will be working in team with designers and programmers. This job consists of exclusively graphics and animations.

This is not a project, but a full time job. Performance bonuses will be given depending of the success of each project. There will be very good opportunities for advancement as the company is growing fast.

Your skills will be tested by a team member, and you will be given a quick task (1h) to ensure that you have the appropriate skills.
