JOB OVERVIEW


The position will start off as a part-time position and will only transition to a full-time position if the candidate is a good fit.

We need someone who is hardworking, serious about work, loyal to our company and dependable.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting/resumé search
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice and other career sites/job boards
- Experience with Google Docs (Spreadsheet and Word document) is required
- Tact, composed and persuasive over the phone
- Sales experience: able to sell the the candidates on the job within the job description

Responsibilities:
- Identify top candidates for clients' open positions using a variety of sourcing strategies and tools
- If initial performance is excellent, may be entrusted with the greater responsibility of working with the candidates directly
- Report directly to the Account Manager
- Oversee the scheduling and communication around interviews, offers and hiring
- Other duties as required

Sharp, intelligent and versatile person able to learn quickly and deliver high quality result
- Must reliably commit up to 8 hours/day 5 days a week between 9 am and 5 pm PST (United States Pacific Standard Time)
- You are flexible with time commitment
- You are looking for a long term career, not a one-time gig
- You are professional and tact in written and spoken English: spellings, punctuation's, grammar, etc
- You are comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
- You are proactive in bringing impactful insights, ideas and methods to candidate search and operations in general. This is not a career where you are merely able to do what you are told; you must own the entire process.
- You are able to maintain the confidentiality of candidate and company information
- You are comfortable recruiting across various industries
