You will be part of an E-commerce team responsible for the operations of our clients’ products across different platforms. You are responsible to manage and support the operations part of E-commerce, including day to day Customer care escalations, resolutions and follow through with the relevant parties, as well as ensuring smooth process of last mile delivery to the customers.
This is a virtual full-time position (Monday to Friday), the candidate is expected to be on standby throughout the working hours for quick communications via messaging or video applications.
Requirement
- Proficient in Google Sheet, Google Doc and Gmail
- Previous experience of Customer Service would be a plus
- Strong command of written English
- Team player with good communication skills
- Excellent time and workload management skills
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Meticulous and follows instructions well
