VA FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTOR/WHOLESALER

I Need someone who:
1) has a general understanding of real estate in California, primarily wholesaling
2) has excellent cold calling skills to identify Seller motivation - A MUST
3) has knowledge of the Podio CRM system, call rail - to input data, update and follow-up
4) has knowledge of Excel spreadsheet or use of Google docs
5) knows how to research and use real estate tools (title search, RE websites cross-referencing)
6) knows how to lead source - Zillow, (for sale by owner) Redfin, etc., MLS expireds, Probates, Craigslist FSBOs, etc. and cross-referencing if already active or sold
7) consistent advertising for Craigslist ads.
8) SEO and Google Ad Words knowledge a plus!
