Need Expert Researcher to find judgment liens from County Court sites in US

I am need of someone to search County Courthouse websites in the US looking for judgment liens that meet a very specific criteria.

It will involve searching government county websites for judgments lien cases that fall within certain guidelines. Then finding out certain information about both the plaintiff and defendant that also must fall into very specific parameters.

You will spend the first day or so going through training guides and videos that will tell you exactly what I need done. Then through the first month you will be on probation to see how you are doing. After which time I need to decide if you are right for the job and you need to decide if the job is right for you.

Before you jump into this thinking this is an easy job that anyone can do I will tell you now it is not. You will quickly see that there are hundreds of County databases to choose from and go through. Most are similar in the way they file these liens however there are differences and sometimes can make it confusing if you do not have a firm grasp as to what you are looking for.

I have hired many to do this some did very well but most failed. Here is the difference. The ones that succeeded did so because they were able to follow instructions and were also not shy about asking me a lot of questions to help them figure it out. Some of those workers are still working for me today.

The ones that do not succeed has usually been one of two reasons. That are no good at following instructions precisely, or they come across something that they do not understand or confuses them. Then they spend days in otter frustration and confusion and are afraid to simply ask me a question or for help. All those people I either had to let go or they simply disappeared on me never to be heard from again.

If you are not able to logically and methodically go through what will at first look like an overwhelming task to get through you will become one of those that this job will not work out for.

Not required but may be helpful down the road if you can speak clear American English and have call center experience. An accent is okay. Truth be known everyone in America has some type of accent.

The job will pay 1900PHP per week through your one month probation. After that it will be 8174PHP per month plus bonuses. Benefit of 13th Month will also be included.

The bonuses will be explained in greater detail once you are hired and gone through some of the training so you can better understand it. Basically you could be paid as much as 2043PHP or better should the judgment you find meet the criteria and accepted. Note that not every judgment you find will be eligible for a bonus.
