Excel in design technical skills; and
Enjoys following trends to help with design work.

Skills/Requirements:
Study best selling trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to consumers;
Find creative shirt design ideas and pattern;
Use computer-aided design programs (CAD) to create designs;
Work with other designers or team members to create designs;
Present design ideas to the team;
Ability to handle constructive criticism; and
Thinks outside the box and test new ideas
