Commercial and Business Loans Telemarketing Sales

Marketing to business owners a whole suite of lending services and products.
I specialize in commercial real estate lending, business loans, business lines of credit and equipment financing. We will be calling business owners to see if there is a need for my company's services and any interested parties information will be forwarded to me directly for follow up.
Any deals closed through one of your leads will receive a bonus based on the size of the loans closed. This can greatly exceed your annual income.
I expect a minimum of 100 phone calls made a day and will request updated excel spreadsheets of people you contacted daily. You can set the amount of hours you work a day as long as you can do your 100 calls daily. However your chances of making more will increase with the more people you speak with.
I have a website and login you will use to pick your calling list every day.
I also have a telemarketing script I will provide as well.


Must Haves:
- A headset to use with an online calling system I will provide.
- Access to high speed internet connection at home.
- Ability to work Late night shift because of time differential
- Must have a paypal account so I can pay you directly
- Fluency in English
- Phone sales or heavy phone work experience
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience to track your daily calls
- Basic internet browsing ability


Nice to Have: (but not necessary)
- Experience in banking or lending
- Experience in real estate
- Strong Experience in any other business field (you can carve out your own prospect sales niche)
- Ability to speak another language other than English & Tagalog


Hours:
Tuesdays through Saturdays
1am to 9am
