Full Stack Developer-Web Scraping, Automation, Excel, APIs

We are a FUN, tech-savvy startup real estate company that is looking for a full stack developer that can help us with our needs. You would be the key person for helping us set up and implement our systems and processes. We are looking for someone to start a new developer on a part-time trial basis. If that person does well then we would offer something full-time.

As a developer on our team you will need to do the following:

1. Web-Scraping & Automation-Python, Selenium & UiPath (MUST BE ABLE TO FIND A NO COST OR LOW COST WORKAROUND FOR GOOGLE RECAPTCHAS)
2. Excel-VBA & Macros
3. Full-Stack Development-see here ( ---------- )
4. Website Creation & Maintenance-Wordpress (maintenance will be on site that you create)

Requirements

1. Excellent Communication-Being proactive, communicating problems and challenges immediately, and an outstanding command of the English language is a must.
2. Smart & Enthusiastic-you have to be self-motivated to do an excellent job. The willingness to think about ways to intelligently problem-solve without quickly giving up or saying something is programatically not possible is important.
3. Fast Learner-We need someone that can pick up systems, platforms, and languages quickly as we are a fast-moving group.
4. Organized-Since we are fast-moving that means you need to have a sense of urgency to get tasks accomplished. Be flexible, move fast, do a great job, leave work behind that others can clearly follow (i.e. make detailed code comments).
5. Internet-You will need an excellent Internet connection and excellent computer skills in order to interface with us.
6. Fill in the blanks-You'll need to take the ideas and requirements and be able to output finished projects that are cloud based and available for others to access on the back-end. The systems you create must be owned by us, not an app locally hosted by you.
7. Collaborative-If you aren't willing to share your work 100% openly with other developers then do not apply.

Education

1. A college education is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
2. As stated above - by far, our most important qualification is that you are extremely smart and a fast learner and an excellent communicator.

Also, attention to detail matters!!! If you are fast and smart-but not organized please do not apply.
