There is an opportunity for a small raise and more than 5 postings per day dependent on ongoing performance. I will supply a spreadsheet for you that will have links to designs for inspiration. I'd like you to take the design and improve on it, without copying or stealing, add your own style and creativity to it to make it a unique piece.
