Weekend Customer Support

The goal of the Customer Spirit Associate will be to make customers happy and working on linky building and marketing! You will act as the voice of the customer as we improve, and strengthen our brand by active engagement. In this position, you will help our customers by responding to calls, emails, and be our brand’s voice online.

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails and phone calls.

Be the voice of our customers when we create new features and ensure that features we make won’t confuse them.

Identify patterns of customer issues so we can solve all general problems.

Requirement:

Experience with Customer Support

Excellent Phone Skills

Able to read, write, and speak fluently in English

Be Creative
