We are an innovative and growing real estate firm located in California. We are looking for the next recruiting/headhunting game changer to join our team.

What this position is:
TRUE recruiting and headhunting position – using tools and YOUR talents to find the best candidates out there, We will also provide you with training
Expert in communicating and reading people – You will be conducting A LOT of phone interviews throughout the week (I mean A LOT)
Pretty straight forward, right?

What this position IS NOT:

This is NOT a Human Resources generalist role
This is NOT a fill the position with bodies we want TALENT
This is NOT for someone that has “casually hired” employees for the companies they have worked for


We consider “qualified” candidates:

3-5 years’ experience in a headhunting/recruiting role
Experience filling outside sales positions
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to adapt to changing project directive
Willing to use social media to find the right candidates (professional stalking)
Goal and project focused
Ability to perform under pressure with SHORT deadlines
Amazing follow up skills
HIGHLY competitive (because we are)
