Video Editor residing in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte

I'm looking for an experienced video editor who can comply with the requirements below:
- advanced video editing skills(Adobe Premiere Pro)
- basic photo editing skills(Adobe Photoshop)
- advanced English speaking skills
- must have advanced English speaking skills
- YOU MUST RESIDE IN ILIGAN CITY, LANAO DEL NORTE

Work hours will be: 9am-6pm, Mon to Fri, and Sunday PH TIME(FULL TIME)
Pay rate: $300/month, paid $75/wk
