1) Our Goal:
Empowering organizations and individuals to raise funds for causes they care about by dining at their favorite local restaurants.
2) Enterprise Restaurant Partners at GroupRaise:
GroupRaise has a directory of restaurants with 8,000+ restaurants nationwide participating on the platform. The restaurant industry views GroupRaise as a profitable way to acquire new customers, give back to the community, and improve their relationships with local organizations.
Our Enterprise Sales Team works with some of the largest corporate, private, and franchisee restaurant brands across the United States. By testing our product in a 60-90 day pilot, these operators are given a chance to see the value and impact of GroupRaise within their communities. Then based on the experience we can begin launching throughout all locations under the restaurant brand.
3) Assistant Account Manager - High level description:
- Direct Supervision from 2 Account Managers
- Help experiment on a sustainable solution around restaurants pilots that are underperforming or need additional support to be successful on the GroupRaise platform.
- Assisting with customer service cases, due to the number of restaurants pilots and short testing timeframe, solutions and communication must be prompt and strategic.
- Strong writing and verbal skills -
- Organization and attention to detail - Every user and every GroupRaise event influences our understanding to build stronger restaurant community. Please include the word lobster as the first word in your application.
4) Daily/Weekly/Monthly activities:
- Send Daily Reminder Texts to Groups with RSVP expiring - via Google Scripts/Yesware
- Send Daily Reminder
- Weekly Assistance with collecting Sales Reports for special cases and to prep monthly reports
- Monthly Updating Metros, Accept & Deny Events, Change Date, Reinstate Events
- Weekly/Monthly - Tracking output and success, report on learnings.
5) Recommended Knowledge of the following tools:
- Zendesk
- Slack
- Google Sheets,
Trial Month Salary starts at $300/month. Paid bi-weekly. Followed by $325/month after 1st successful month if we determine it is a good fit.

-Excellent communication skills (English - written)
-College Level education
-Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
-Have your own computer and a minimum of 3mbps internet connection
-Know how to use Google Hangouts
-Know Microsoft Office & Excel
-Available to work 40hrs a week
-Night shift: 9:00pm to 5:30am
-This job is 100% remote
-Ability to deliver and work with deadlines
-At least 1 year experience with Customer Service in English
-EXCELLENT attention to detail
