I need someone to answer about 8 calls per day on average from 8am eastern time GMT-5 time until 4pm eastern. Calls will fall into 3 categories:
- Hardware repair requests. Clients will be told that those services are not offered.
- Data recovery requests. You will need to get their contact information to schedule a pickup.
- Onsite service requests. You will need to get their information and schedule a technician based on our calendar.
