Advertising Creative Lead: Banners Ads, Landing Pages and Social Images

We're an advertising agency and need a superstar to join the team.

You will be responsible for the following.
-Banner ads static
-Banner ads dynamic (HTML 5)
-Landing Pages
-Social Media posts/images
-Bouns if you can make videos and video ads via animation

We focus on direct response and lead generation. This means you need to understand how to design for high CTR and CR's.

When emailing to apply provide links to banners and landing pages you have designed which are direct response focused. DO NOT send images as attachments.
