SUPPORT NINJA NEEDED for Customer Support & LiveChat

We're a software products company looking to grow our team and we are looking to hire 2 people to expand our current customer support team.

The person needs to be VERY GOOD in english language with strong aptitude and attention to detail.

Should have 2-3 years experience with customer support and Livechat.

Should know word/excel/powerpoint and basic computer skills.

Should be able to handle stress and answer tickets fast.

Be able to actually help the customers with their problems when resolving tickets.

Ability to quickly find the answer and provide that to the customer during live chat sessions.

Having some sales experience will be a big PLUS to help cross sell customers into other products.
