Wordpress/Woocommerce Master With a Graphic Design Flare

I am looking for someone who knows wordpress and woocommerce very well and is not afraid of doing some custom programming if needed. But I also want someone who can create and manipulate graphics for sites. Example: I want some images made for a sidebar, so I would like you to make them stand out properly.

Added bonuses that would put you at the top of my list: SEO (real SEO, including guest posts and backlinking strategy), Content writing, and general online marketing experience (building sales funnels, etc).
