Real Estate Researcher

Reports To: The Researcher will report to the Senior Investment Analyst.

Job Overview: We are a US-based real estate investment firm looking to outsource some of our research needs. The firm is looking for someone who can assist the Senior Analysts in researching senior housing communities in the US and would like to start out on a trial basis. The ideal candidate would have prior research experience, knowledge of US real estate, and comfortable in speaking English.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Must be able to write and speak English effectively.
Must be List the essential duties required to carry out this job.
Must be comfortable in using MS Office and various search databases.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Prior Research Experience
Diligent, hard-working, detail-oriented
Must know English
Understand US Real Estate
