Lead generation & outbound sales emails

I am setting up a city restaurant and hotel guide in Mexico. I am looking for someone who can:
- use an already existing google doc that has email and phone contacts for each company and contact them asking if they want to pay to be on the webpage guide
- a script would be provided but I am looking for someone with a strong command for the English language so that you could reply to any inquiries directly if a simple question was asked.
- you would NOT be doing any research. The contacts would be provided to you. You would be reaching out to generate sales income for our company.
- first contact would be email. It's possible a phone follow up could also take place.

Please reply with:
- examples of past work history in this field. Be as specific as you can. A reply like "I worked with online sales / lead generation for an Australian company for 4 months and am attaching an example of the script I used" is a GREAT thing to send.
- I am trying to get a feel for how much experience each candidate has as this job would have very little supervision once you got started.
- your hourly wage requirement

We are looking for someone who is able to work part or full time during North America Mountain Standard Time hours.
