Build and promote WP Mobile Business Directories

I am seeking an expert in setting up WP Mobile Business Directory websites for Australian businesses, rank them via on\off page SEO, and promote via email to businesses for premium listings.

Basically the job is to set up the sites. I will provide domains, hosting account, WP themes, plugins and video training.

Then search for relevant businesses on yp.com.au and load them as free listings on the relevant mobile directory only if their email address is available. Collect the email address and contact them to let them know they have been free listed in the mobile directory to up-sell the upgrade to premium listing.

Once the WP directories have enough free listings loaded, start ranking them with on\off page SEO.
