Analytics and Adwords expert

We have an event at the end of April and we need to make a big push in the next month to sell tickets. I need someone who is versed in google analytics to give our account a full audit, help us set conversion goals, and also set up some adwords campaigns. It would be great if you also have skills with social ads (fb, instagram, twitter).
