We are a growing ecommerce company that is looking for someone to take care of customer enquiries, complains and also product fulfilment (purchases).
You should be:
1) personable and friendly
2) able to respond to various situations with tact.
3) Timely and keep track of various enquiries, follow-up.
4) Be meticulous in product purchases (checking for errors, making sure names and addresses are correct.)

You will undergo a 2 week training and probation. It will be a part-time position of 4 hours in 2 shifts in the morning and at night PH time. Should the need arise, a full time position can be opened up.
