Experienced SEO for Blog Commenting+Edu/Gov Backlinks+Video Creation(not professionally)

We are looking for someone EXPERIENCED who will do SEO for 10 of our websites in order to increase organic traffic and leads.
Beside fixed salary we also pay bonuses periodically if you do a great job and over-deliver.
As we expand, the number of websites will increase over time, also the salary.

We want someone to work for us for a very long time, because we are expanding and need someone trustworthy to take care of the SEO part.
We want to work with someone who is honest, open to discussions, opinions, so whenever you have questions, struggles or difficulty understanding or finishing an assignment simply reach us on Skype and we'll figure it out.

What you will need to do for EACH WEBSITE after you get hired?
(4-5 websites are in building/progress so no SEO needed on them yet)

*** - 2 x Aproved blog comments with backlinks/day - you'll find relevant blogs, English language only, USA mostly, NO Spam please
You must provide value through these comments and sometimes maybe ask owner specific and relevant questions about that post content.

*** - 5 x edu/gov backlinks/week
Each week we'll check how many of them were approved and see what we can do to improve the Approval percentage.

*** - 2 x 30sec-1min videos/week - slideshows with text from our blog posts or whatever it's easier for you to get relevant and valuable copy/content/tricks/tips for our visitors.
Submit these short videos to 4-5 websites

*** - Send us a weekly report with our rankings position for our targeted keywords.

*** - Track everything you do each day through our bitrix24 net account or you suggest how you like to track finished work on daily basis.

*** - Send us a weekly report with what you have done previous week

You can use software to ease your work as long you will create unique content
Remember, all above, FOR EACH WEBSITE
