WHO I AM

My name is Elaine and I have started a Business online. I
am using Social Media Marketing for this business and I have been trained very well by well know experts in the field. I have invested a lot of time, effort and money to learn all there is to know about Social Media Marketing and how to create and run a business online.

At the moment I am acquiring up-to-date knowledge every single day as I want to make sure that I keep myself up to date.

WHO I AM LOOKING FOR

I am looking for someone to help me with the everyday tasks of running my business, administration, social media management and all the other tasks required to run my business.

You should have Google Talk, Skype and Paypal.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Your standard of English must be at the expert level as you will be required to post/write articles and blogs online. You must have Social Media Experience and have the ability to create banners and backgrounds. You should have some experience of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google+, Blogging and Local Directories.

You will need to demonstrate your previous Social Media Management experience.

In order to help me I will train you about everything that I need done in my business and Social Media so that you are capable to complete each and every task.
I will share with you my courses which will benefit you greatly both now and in the future.

The knowledge you will obtain after the training will not only be useful for my business but a very valuable skill set for you too.

FLEXIBILITY

You will be expected to work during GMT hours between 9am and 6pm. All I expect is that the job is completed once it is allocated to you.

You will be expected to report to me each and every day especially at the beginning. After a 3 month trial period we can review the frequency of your reports to perhaps once per week. At this period we will review your skill level and level of results against the money paid. The more you work and help my business to grow the more I will pay you.

PAYMENT

You will be paid a basic salary to begin of $250 per month which will be reviewed after three months.
I am looking for someone to start immediately.
