Recruiting Pipeline Manager VA!

We are seeking a rockstar Recruiting Pipeline Manager to join a quickly growing small business. This position will play a key role in our ability to scale, grow, and add talented members to our team.

The Recruiting Pipeline Manager will not only require an administrative mind, but also a sales orientation and customer service skills. This person should be growth minded, willing to learn, have prior experience in recruiting, calendar management, administrative tasks, and general business software.

A highly successful Recruiting Pipeline Manager will maximize the number of appointments set, take stewardship of their role and actively work to create timely systems for responding to applicant inquiries. This individual will track their own success and offer suggestions for improvement in their follow-up techniques and tools.

The Recruiting Pipeline Manager is disciplined about their time and work on projects while handling new inquiries and information requests from prospects. This person is highly focused in order to complete their work.
The Recruiting Pipeline Manager must be a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills. There is an opportunity to grow with this role, as the business grows.


Job Responsibilities Overview

Vendor Research for new markets - Find potential vendors, screen them to make sure they can do the work, send a few documents back and forth, and make some phone calls.


Email
and paperwork follow up - Build and document systems and process for onboarding new employees. This involves things like making sure workers properly fill out documents, scheduling interviews and services, adding worker info into payment processing system, running background checks, screening workers for qualifications, answering emails.

Calendar Management - Help make sure that instructor calendars are up to date and correct.

Maintain database and ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently

Maintain follow up systems and create daily call lists

Track daily call contact and assign contacts to future follow up as necessary

Technology Requirements
Docusign, ADP, Acuity, Weebly, Google Suite

Hours
This is a part time role to starty (10-20 hours a week) and will quickly increase to full time for the right candidate
