Website Design/Webmaster/Etc

Looking to hire someone that can build my website from the ground up. This will be from the very beginning, everything related to the website crafted and designed. Do note that I have already purchased a management system software that will make this super easy.

This is just one of many areas that will need to be completed.
Experience in other areas? Let me know what other skills you are really good(or are good at and would like to be great at) other than website design.

This is new for me. I DO NOT have the crazy experience for online business or all the terminology. I DO KNOW that this website/company will grow quickly and be very successful.
