Web Developer to create digital Oracle Cards on a website

We are looking for a mid- to senior-level developer who can help us create an online oracle card reading experience with the opportunity of making an app of this experience down the road, if there demand for it.

Developer must have experience creating gaming apps but the first iteration of it will be online, on our website.

Developer will work with art director and client to first create a wireframe of the experience and then to develop the online app.

There will be 44 oracle cards and we will need a few upfront pages that allow them to pick their desired experience and then the oracle card)s) will populate randomly.

See below link to see examples of other existing competitive apps. We have not decided that this is exactly how we want the app to work, but just for context of the general idea/experience.

In you are interested, please provide an estimate and details of your experience in creating games/apps. Timing of project needs to be done ideally by April 6, April 13 at the latest.

If a good rapport is made, the web developer will become the go to person when new things need to be added o changed to the website.
