We are an executive search firm looking for an overseas Recruitment Assistant / Salesperson to expand our team and increase the hours we can serve our customers. We have already had success in hiring great talent from onlinejobs and so want to replicate that success with another great team member.
Working directly under the President, you will be trained by the best in the business to source and screen potential candidates using our online tools. You will also be receiving incoming calls and so must be confident on the phone and so only fluent English speakers will be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undergoing candidate searches online
- Taking inbound phone calls from potential job seekers.
- Screening individuals to ensure they meet requirements while selling them on the potential opportunity
- Completing website research
- Writing advertisements / marketing / sales materials
- Variety of other tasks / requests from the President
REQUIREMENTS
- Outstanding phone manner
- Some experience with sales or customer service. Training will be provided.
- Impeccable computer skills
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Exceptional written communication- journalism or experience as a writer an asset
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Recruitment experience ideal but not mandatory
- Business degree or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to work up to 40 hours a week broken up into a 5, 6 or (preferably) 7 day working week.
- Timing is negotiable to fit your schedule (split shifts are also an option) but working hours are likely to be between 7am and 11pm PST and WILL include weekends.
