Web developer and designing in WORDPRESS also administration assistant

I am looking for someone who can spend time on my websites making them look better, creating websites from scratch, uploading pictures and content. (All my websites are in WORDPRESS)

Also if you have experience of social networks such as facebook and twitter that would be great.

Also if you have experience of emails and setting up mail chimp?

On top of that I constantly look for properties in my area so in between making websites I would like you to research properties within my area and obtain full addresses so I can contact them.
