As a Talent Consultant you will use your expertise knowledge and be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of executive and subject matter professionals and experts in a variety of industries. You will be responsible for requisition, sourcing, candidate review, pre-screen and selection, as well as recruitment metrics and reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or other equivalent experience
Must have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment ideally with end to end recruitment
Experience in sourcing for candidates from different avenues (ie job boards, social media, communities, etc)
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (wpm)
Able to multi-task especially in jotting down information while listening to a call
Must have own computer (laptop or desktop) with noise reduction headset
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
