PERSONAL/VIRTUAL ASSISTANT NEEDED

I am currently running a business, launching another business and planning 3 events! In search of an AMAZING assistant who can help me get organized so that I can stay focused on the important tasks while they handle the details. You must be efficient, proactive and solution-based. I don't micromanage so you must be self-motivated and THOROUGH. Basically, I need someone to be the project manager for my life :) I'm very easy to work with but just need to get these things in order so I can be free to tend to income-producing activities... and I need a great, supportive, on-top-of-it assistant to help me get it done. :)
