VIDEO EDITOR

I'm looking for a video editor that will work with me for a long-term business, he will edit my videos
The mission requires someone with a medium skills of editing, can add song, add text, add image....
But it requires someone that work fast and respect the deadline and has the mind of self-improvement, He must improve his skills by the time, cause we will work on big projects in the future with some after effect skills.
I have a small budget for first videos but by the time I will increase the average of the price if he or she is a hardworker that improve himself.
Fisrt videos will be quit easy to edit, it is like sliders go on on the video; like powerpoint sliders with speech in a duration of 40 to 60 min.
In the future number of videos will increase and also the price will too if he shows me that he is a hardworker, he will get a % percent of the revenue of his videos only. % is depending on his skills.
