VA for Outbound Lead Generation (Real Estate)

I’m looking to employ one VA for outbound lead generation in the real estate market. In other words, him or her will call on a list of names (US based) and follow a script. When a prospect is interested in finding out more, then he / she can transfer the call or set an appointment or send a text message alert. He / she must also take notes on the prospect based on the answers received.

The job is on the UTC-4 time zone, during business hours. This roughly means a twelve hours difference compared to the Philippines.

The ideal person is:
# Fluent in English, with a neutral accent. A slight accent can work but no heavy accents.
# Can work during the night (due to the time zone difference).
# Experience in selling, real estate.
# Experience in doing similar jobs (outbound lead generation).
# The infrastructure required to complete the job.

We are ideally looking to work with VA companies / call centers as opposed to individuals (it is not a requirement but we’re looking a one shop solution). If the results are acceptable, we can expand the number of people working on the project. We are looking to hire on a monthly basis for now.
